The print version of Pandora's Box, which appears on this site, was developed by the Children of Alcoholics Foundation, in conjunction with Mark Werner, M.D., Vice President for Medical Affairs, Franklin Square Hospital Center and AMERSA President, and Antonnette Graham, Ph.D., Department of Family Medicine, Case Western Reserve University Medical Center.
