The goal of the Program is to develop knowledge about the management process among the participants, to study and develop the skills necessary for the effective implementation of the management process.

Methodology: The process is implemented through application variety of methods and exercises, such as brainstorming, training, video watching, group discussions, repetition and reinstatement that support the realization of the goals of the course.

Topics of the course include: the essence of management process, functions, styles, teambuilding, leadership, time management, human resources management, business communications and etc.

Program Outcome: By the end of the program the participant will have knowledge of the management process, will possess competent communication skills, will be able to plan their time and tasks more effectively.
