Here’s what the role includes:
Admin and Customer Support (50%)
- Carry out guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
- Process payments in strict accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Record received and consumed stock items in the hotel management software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the hotel software system.
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure room setup, amenities, and cleanliness meet established standards.
Information Management (35%)
- Provide the guests with all the necessary information for organizing their trip to the neighbouring sightseeing.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and provide information about the hotel rooms, amenities, prices and other available services.
Suggestions and upgrades (15%)
- Propose innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of front desk operations at the Concept Hotel.
YOUR TEAM
By taking on the role of Receptionist at the Concept Hotel, you will become part of the Concept Hotel and Conference Center team and work under the direct supervision of the Events Coordinator.

- Excellent Armenian, English and Russian.
- Computer literacy and have experience using hotel management software.
- Hotel administration techniques supported by higher education in a relevant field and experience in the hospitality industry.

WE ARE
Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that employs community-led approaches to improve the quality of life in rural Armenia, with a particular focus on children and youth. COAF’s target development areas are education, health, social and economic development. COAF launched its programs in 2004, starting in one village and expanding to 66 villages in Armavir, Aragatsotn, Lori, Shirak, and Tavush regions.
Since 2015, COAF has developed and started implementing SMART Initiatives. COAF SMART is designed to advance a generation across the rural world through education that will benefit individuals, societies, and the environment. COAF SMART is an exemplary model of development and will be replicated in other regions and communities throughout Armenia. The first COAF SMART Center was inaugurated on May 27, 2018 near the village of Debet, Lori Region.
