Eighty-five percent of COAF scholarship holders are female students from rural Armenia.
Most inhabitants of Marts village (Lori region) go to the mountains to work every year, and some even go with their families.
Welcome to the village of Vahagni (Lori province), immersed in the high mountains and golden seas of wheat.
Situated at the edge of Lori gorge, and surrounded by boundless fields where horses run freely, is the village of Dsegh.
Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that employs community-led approaches aimed at improving the quality of life in rural Armenia, with particular focus on children and youth.
