Supporting Families to Foster Wellbeing

COAF’s CFC model delivers integrated services that ensure families have the support they need to thrive.

Social Work

CFC social workers provide advocacy, counseling, and case management, helping families navigate challenges such as poverty, trauma, and domestic violence.
