English Access Afterschool Program
Funded by the U.S. Embassy Armenia and implemented by COAF since 2011, this program provides youth (ages 13–16) with two years of high-impact, afterschool English education.

Mentorship
for Educators
COAF’s mentorship program empowers educators to build confidence, community, and excellence. The program pairs experienced teachers with emerging educators for:
Monthly coaching sessions
Mentors provide personalized guidance to help educators grow professionally and navigate classroom challenges.
Lesson observations
Teachers receive constructive input to strengthen their instructional techniques and student engagement.
Collaborative planning
Educators work side by side to design lessons and teach together, fostering a culture of support.
